1. Eligibility for Exchanges, Store Credit, and Refunds:

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement, store credit, or exchange depending on the damage level.
  • Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. In such cases, you may request an exchange or store credit within 5 business days of receiving the item. However, please note that we do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.

2. Conditions for Exchanges, Store Credit, and Refunds:

  • Original Condition: For items eligible for return due to defect, they must be returned in their original condition, along with all original packaging and accessories no later than 48 hours after purchase.

4. Store Credit:

  • Store Credit Issuance: If you choose store credit as your preferred option, it will be issued to your account and can be used for future purchases on our website (www.befavored.com) or in store.
  • Store Credit Expiry: Store credit will not expire and can be used at any time.

5. Refund:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Processing Time: It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • REFUNDS WILL ONLY OCCUR IF BOTH EXCHANGE AND/OR STORE CREDIT AREN’T OPTIONS
